Today we went to the National Archives. We saw the one and only Declaration of Independence, the Magna Carta written in the 1500's, and the Bill of Rights written in 1791. I felt proud to be a American.
We went to the Library of Congress and tour guide told us that the stairs have been used so much that they where curved. We also saw the oldest map ever and the books that once belonged to Thomas Jefferson.
We got to sit in Kurt Schrader our U.S Representative's chair.
