deny everything

Today we went to the Tomb of the Unknown Solder and visited Captain McCoy and gave him flowers.

Next, that we visited the International Spy Museum. We learned about spy's and what they where used for.  And the tactics of secrecy and deception. We also figured out how to identify the gadgets they used. We learned to trust no one and suspect EVERYTHING!!!  Everyone had a great time and I think I want to be a spy!

The Zoo

Yesterday I went to the National Zoo. We watched fast baby cheetahs play,

saw huge elephant's get fed

and slippery seals seals do tricks.  We watched flirting flamingos

then we saw a colorful toucan. Then we herd that the baby panda died about a week ago.  after that we headed out to go home and went down the biggest elevator I had ever seen

Hello again, Tom here. Today I went to The White House but no cameras where allowed so no pictures from the inside but we went to the East Room to the State Dining Room.

We also went to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing where I got a big penny for $3.00.  In the chart I would  be worth $1,444,600 in 100 dollar bills.

We finally got to the National Aquarium of marine life and watched piranhas get feed.That was my trip to D.C.

getting ready

Today is Saturday and in three days we will go from West Linn, Oregon to Washington D.C I'm so excited! We will be traveling 2,808.8 miles to the White House.
We are still packing and we will post again when we get to the airport.
